Staying the night in Capri will give you the opportunity to have a boat day and a day exploring town, which is the best way to do it! You will also have time to visit Anacapri, the main town on the western side of the island. Keep in mind, this hotel used to be adults only and while the staff is welcoming to children some of the other guests (especially return guests from the past) may not be. Save this one for a romantic getaway!

If you are looking for more of a budget stay for your time in Capri, I’ve listed a couple of recommendations below! They are all still absolutely wonderful places to stay, but you may not have the full list of amenities and movie-star treatment that the luxe Capri hotels offer.
Hotel La Tosca
At this simple hotel, you will feel warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff will help you to make the best of your trip and are known for their wonderful selections. This hotel is proof that stays don’t always have to be luxurious to be amazing.
Villa Krupp
This little hotel has a romantic feel and plenty of room to lounge and to take in the views throughout your stay. There are no TVs or wifi, but if you book a panoramic sea room you will have a balcony facing out towards the Faraglioni Rocks and that is much better than technology anyways.
There is nothing dreamier than the cobblestone streets, white buildings covered in flowers, and a Mediterranean sea breeze blowing on your face.
