1.) The WALT DISNEY WORLD VIP FAMILY VACATION SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes“) is administered by Global Munchkins- Amber Mamian (the “Sponsor”).

(a) This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, administered, or endorsed by Instagram. By entering you are confirming that you are of eligible age, that you release Instagram of any/ and all responsibility and that you agree to Instagram’s terms of use.

ELIGIBILITY: 

2.) OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL ADULT RESIDENTS OF, AND RESIDING IN, THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES. USA MUST BE 18 YEARS+ TO PARTICIPATE (the “Entrant”). LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

(a) By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this sweepstakes. All applicable federal, provincial, state, and municipal laws, rules, and regulations apply.

(b) Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 

3.) The Sweepstakes will begin at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on May 1, 2023, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 2, 2023 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Winner will be announced on or by May 3, 2023.

HOW TO ENTER: 

4.) During the Sweepstakes, to enter, simply 1) Follow each Instagram account @global_munchkins, @sarahknuth, @christineandrew, and @tarynnewton; and 2) swipe the bar on at least one of the Instagram stories.

5.) All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on May 2, 2023 (the “Giveaway Closing Date”). Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are VOID. Multiple entries for the same entrant will be void. Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. If you do not have an Instagram account, establishing an account is free. All Instagram terms apply. Sponsor is not responsible for the incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost or late entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of any computer hardware, software, or any combinations thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants’ systems. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be voided. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES:

Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that: is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity; promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; appears to duplicate any other submitted entries; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about Sponsor, its products or services, other people or companies; contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, without permission, to the extent permission is necessary; contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, e-mail addresses or street addresses; contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary; contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission; contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead; communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which we wish to associate; and/or violates any law.

(a) By submitting an entry, you agree that the entry conforms to these Official Rules and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify an entry for any reason, including if the entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content.

7.) One winner (the “Winner”) will receive:

(a) Four-night accommodations in a Suite at Caribe Royale Orlando for up to four Guests including RSF. Advanced reservation is required. Redemption will be subject to availability and black out dates (including major holidays) will apply.

(b) Four 5-day Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets. Tickets valid for admission beginning on date of check-in. Tickets must be used any 5 days within 7 days beginning on start date. ELIGIBLE PRIZE WINNER SELECTION PROCESS:

8.) On May 3, 2023 (the “Prize Draw Date”) in Temecula, California USA at approximately 10:00 am PT, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

(a) The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: 

9.) Potential winner (i.e., selected Entrant) will be notified via Instagram by @global_munchkins account and may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release.

(a) The potential Winner will be required to respond to the notification within twelve (1) business day. The potential Winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form (“Eligibility/Liability Form”) within two (2) days of notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.  Failure to respond to notifications and/or all required forms within 3 days or to comply with any other provision of this Sweepstakes may result in the potential winner being disqualified and an alternate winner selected.  If a prize notification or a prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason, the applicable prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.  All decisions are final.  All Federal, provincial and local tax liabilities are the responsibility of the Winner.

(b) Global_Munchkins will follow the potential Winner so that the potential Winner may send a Direct Instagram Message to @global_munchkins with his/her name, email address, and a mailing address for prize redemption purposes.

(c) Once a response is received from a Winner and the information provided by the Winner is verified by the Administrator, the Prize will be sent to the Winner (via mail and electronic mail) within 30 days. If a Winner has not provided the required information or does not meet the eligibility requirements for the Giveaway, the Winner will be disqualified and considered to forfeit the Prize. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Potential Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, and, for US-resident Winners only, an IRS Form-W9, (where legal and where required) within the time period designated in the notification or the Prize will be forfeited and, at the Administrator’s sole discretion, an alternate winner determined at random from among the remainder of all eligible entries.

WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

10.) NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER/THEM AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES, EVEN IF SUCH Person IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER. 

PUBLICITY GRANT AND LICENSE/USE OF ENTRIES: 

11.) By submitting an entry, each Entrant grants to Sponsor and its respective licensees, successors and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual, unlimited, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to reproduce, distribute, display, exhibit, exploit, perform, edit, create derivatives of, and otherwise use the entry and all elements of such entry, together with any other material, photo, video, and the name, user name, state of residence, voice, image and/or likeness of the entrant (including, but not limited to, profile photo), in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, in any manner, in whole or in part, worldwide, without compensation or notification to, or permission from, entrant or any third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation, for purposes of advertising or trade. Entrant agrees that, if required by Sponsor, he/she will sign documents to this effect. Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties. The Sponsor has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

12.) Entrant, by participating, agrees that Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, posts, email or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by platform users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants; or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or the use of Instagram. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by a virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserve the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

(a) In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to website, print and/or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

(a) Winners agree to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, persona, and city/province of residence for publicity purposes, and grants to the Sponsor any and all rights to said use without further notice or compensation. agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, city and province of residence, voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.

16.) The Winner’s name will be published on Instagram once the winner is verified and confirmed. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

Interpretation:

18.) The headings appearing in these Official Rules are inserted for convenience of reference only and will not affect the interpretation of the terms of the Official Rules. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and words importing a male person include a female person.
