*This post is in partnership with Omaha Steaks; however all thoughts are my own.
I love to cook but when it comes to big holiday meals I prefer spending precious time with my loved ones versus all day in the kitchen. This is why I always order our holiday meals from Omaha Steaks.

There are so many holiday meal packages to choose from. One that we love is their FS Prime Rib Feast for 8 and right now it’s on sale for just $229.99 (reg. $436). It comes complete with individual scalloped potatoes, green beans, mini baguettes, and a gourmet cheesecake sampler.
Let’s chat about these baguettes for a minute because just looking at this photo is making me crave them again. Like all of Omaha Steaks’ products they come frozen so all you have to do is take them out of the freezer pop them in the oven for 10-12 minutes and your whole house will smell like freshly baked bread. As they bake they split open at the pre-cut seams and you can see all that delicious melted garlic butter lacing the inside. They are to die for.
The individual scalloped potatoes are always Ella’s favorite and their unique appearance makes them a crowd pleaser as well. And, the gourmet cheesecake sampler has a variety of slices that will appeal to every palate, even the kids, which if they are like mine don’t normally get too excited about cheesecake.
But, let’s get back to the star of the show- The prime rib is aged at least 21 days making it super tender and the intense marbling guarantees a rich juicy flavor. It’s also super easy to prepare, even for roast newbies like me.
You just season with olive oil, sea salt and Omaha Steaks signature blend seasoning, it comes in the meal package I mentioned above. Then you sear the roast on both sides and cook it in the oven until it reaches the doneness you prefer. For medium, the temperature on an internal meat thermometer should be between 140-150 degrees fahrenheit.

Bonus, the prime rib is perfectly trimmed of exterior fat by hand and comes already carved by Omaha Steaks master butchers. So, after it rests you can easily serve it. You will feel all fancy without all the heavy lifting of having to carve the roast yourself.
If you aren’t into prime rib there are a ton of other options to choose from when it comes to Omaha Steaks’ holiday meal offerings. In the past we’ve enjoyed their Turkey Dinner for 8, Homestyle Ham & Turkey Dinner, and Butcher’s Cut Surf & Turf.

The Butcher’s Cut Surf & Turf is a really unique option when you feel like switching things up. It comes with 4 six-ounce butcher’s cut filet mignons, 1.5 pounds of jumbo cooked shrimp, lobster bique (the best I have ever tasted), 4 stuffed baked potatoes, corn & edamame succotash, mini baguettes with garlic butter and 4 chocolate molten lava cakes for dessert. It’s also on sale right now, check here for current prices.
Regardless of which holiday meal you choose you can rest assured knowing that Omaha Steaks offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Plus, order right now and SAVE with my code AMBER40 for $40 off first-time orders of $159 or more.
I had no idea Omaha Steaks offered entire meal kits. This is such a great Idea. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
