I do really love cooking, but there are just some nights when I’m not up for it. I think there are lots of moms out there who can probably relate to this, so when I find a weeknight meal that is super easy to whip up I get so excited to share it with you guys! Our family has recently fallen in love with Omaha Steak’s Italian Style Chicken Breaded Tenderloins and have been trying out different recipes with them. My kids love pasta, so I knew that Chicken Parmesan would be a hit. It’s delicious, filling, and the recipe is super simple making it a win in everyone’s book.
Super Simple Weeknight Chicken Parmesan
This recipe is so easy that you barely need instructions for it, which is just the way weeknight dinners should be!

Sides (+ a Bonus for Mom & Dad)
We serve our Chicken Parmesan with a simple side salad and garlic bread. I’d also recommend warming up some extra marina sauce for the table for those who like their pasta with a little extra sauce.
As for Mom & Dad, keep in mind that you can also order your wine through Omaha Steaks! They have partnered with Wine.com making them even more of a one-stop-shop. This Chicken Parmesan pairs great with a Pinot Noir, so there’s no better time to try out their Tour de France Set!

Here are a couple of Omaha Steaks meals that are on rotation for us.
Can’t go wrong with breakfast for dinner, right? The Meat Lover’s Butcher’s Breakfast is hearty and filling with premium lean sausage, ham, bacon, roasted red potatoes, peppers, and onions in a perfectly seasoned gravy. It is one of their skillet meals, which means you just toss it all together and heat it up. Then, you top it with eggs cooked to your liking.
My husband and kids never complain about taco night, especially when it’s chicken fajitas. This kit comes with juicy chicken breasts, seasonings, tortillas, and the vegetables are already pre-cut! The aroma of the sizzling vegetables will have everyone wandering down to the kitchen to see what’s cooking, just watch.
I really do hope these meals make your weeknights just a little easier. If you get the chance to try out the Chicken Parmesan or either of the other Omaha Steaks meals, comment below and let me know what you thought!
