1. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ- Multi-taskers reduce productivity by FORTY PERCENT across the board. So switch things up by batch working instead. Simply divide your workflow into different days/ hours of ONE TOPIC instead of jumping around from task to task.
2. ๐จ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ต ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฝ- entrepreneurs underestimate their worth often, I know I did for far too long. Here's the thing ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ = ๐บ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐ and you are wasting your money if you are trying to get everything done yourself. Do what you love + you are good at. Hire in the things that you do not enjoy and are not good at. It's that simple!
3. ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐- do you know the needle movers in your business? Typically there are just a few key elements that bring in the majority of your revenue. By pinpointing what these elements are for you and prioritizing them you can increase revenue quickly and easily.
