You might not be able to make a trip to Hogsmeade, but you can get a little taste of the Wizarding World with a homemade Butterbeer Frappuccino! We first fell in love with the creamy sweet taste of Butterbeer at Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Then, we tried out the Starbucks Butterbeer Frappuccino and actually like it better so that’s the recipe we’ve figured out how to best recreate at home.
How to Order a Butterbeer Frappuccino at Starbucks
Turns out ordering a Butterbeer Frappuccino is actually pretty simple! Some Starbucks baristas may already know the recipe from the Starbucks Secret Menu, but if not you can easily tell them how to make it. Order a Grande Creme Frappuccino with three pumps of caramel syrup and three pumps of toffee nut syrup. To really give it that extra sweet kick, ask for your cup to be lined with caramel. You can also do whipped cream with a caramel drizzle and cinnamon sprinkle on the top.
The Creme Frappuccino base is typically whole milk, which gives the Butterbeer that creamy consistency. If you are looking for a healthier option, though, any milk sub will do. The flavor will still be very similar and absolutely delicious!
