Sure there is an amazing resort and waterpark, massive aquarium, but if you have not experienced the restaurants at Atlantis Dubai, you are missing out on a culinary delight. Atlantis, The Palm has three celebrity chefs’ outlets – Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Ronda Locatelli by Giorgio Locatelli, and Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay – as well as award-winning, internationally acclaimed restaurants such as Hakkasan and Seafire Steakhouse & Bar, and Ossiano.
The Royal Atlantis Property & Residences, Atlantis, The Palm’s sister resort, is set to open in 2021 and will add another 17 restaurants and bars to the array of options just a short walk away in the neighboring resort. Basically, what we are saying is if you are a foodie, you have to check out the restaurants at Atlantis, The Palm. Yes, there are a ton of things to do in Dubai, but right now, let’s just enjoy some deliciousness.
10. Kaleidoscope
You can enjoy everything at Kaleidoscope. We hit up Kaleidoscope for breakfast and it was a great meal. You can think of it as a smaller version of the Saffron buffet (see #8) This international buffet offers everything you want for every meal throughout the day. Moreover, there is a dedicated kiddie corner that will satisfy even the youngest palates. At night, expect theme dinners from Mexico, the Near East and beyond.
Open for: breakfast, dinner and lunch.
Food: world buffet.

9. Wavehouse
Wavehouse is a destination for the whole family. A simple dinner can be turned into a whole night of fun here. Have luck on the bowling alley, ride the Wave Rider Surf Simulator on the terrace and enjoy a live band or play for high scores in the arcade of games. My kids hit up the wavehouse every night to just enjoy the games.
After all the fun and games enjoy some classic american dining with amazing food and incredible shakes. We absolutely loved the nachos and barbecue sliders.

8. Saffron
The largest breakfast buffet in Dubai, Saffron, includes 220 dishes and 20 live restaurants. Lighting up the exquisite flavours, rich curries, delicious dishes of the noodles and a buffet festival of maritime produce await you. We visited Saffron tqice for breakfast and had incredible meals. We loved the Indian cuisine, Pho section, and we probably had the best waffles of our life. My daughter just wanted to visit the chocolate fountain over and over again. Please check the calendar before booking because Saffron offers a number of themed dinners, starting with ‘Great Wall of China’ and ‘Indian Express’ and ending with ‘Tuesday’s Seafood.

I love Lebanese food, probably my favorite along with Indian, so when I heard about Ayamna I was quite excited. You’re going to fall in love with that restaurant instantly… and then you’re going to test the food! Ornate marble archways, amazing mosaic walls and attentive personnel set the stage for a fresh look at genuine Lebanese cuisine. I recommend trying the kafta and of course you can’t go wrong with hummus. Open From Tuesday to Sunday 7:30 p.m. and often has live belly dancers.

Savory Short Rib Donuts are our favorite dish.
The savory short rib donuts are whimsical, inventive, and completely wonderful, making them one of our favorite appetizers to order at any Atlantis, The Palm restaurant. Expect a savory dough loaded with tender, slow-cooked short rib that has been perfectly seasoned and marinated. A parmesan ‘charcoal’ dust and Seafire’s barbecue sauce provide the finishing touch. Divine!
5. White Restaurant
Dining on the beach has never looked so stylish. The breathtaking Dubai skyline views from WHITE Restaurant are the perfect complement to your scrumptious Mediterranean main course. This day-to-night eatery is ideal for sun-drenched days that soon transition into cocktail-sipping evenings.

Guests Favorite Dish
WHITE 18 karat profiteroles are our favorite dish.
Make sure to save room for dessert at WHITE, where the 18 Karat profiteroles are a delight… and, of course, this dish screams Instagram worthy. Just make sure you get the ideal grid shot before the chocolate sauce melts the ice cream.
4. Ossiano Underwater Bar & Restaurant
You’ll feel as though you’re dining under the water at Ossiano, with The Ambassadors Lagoon as your backdrop. This fine-dining venue, which offers an immersive experience, is excellent for date night and special occasions. Guests are invited to go on an extraordinary journey delighting in the finest seafood, caviar, and avant-garde creations from Grégoire Berger, one of the world’s top chefs, with a 9, 11 or 13-course meal.

Caramelized Black Cod Homemade Linguine is guests favorite dish.
Chef Grégoire Berger is continually pushing limits, and his signature dish, caramelised black cod linguine with almond foam and fresh zucchini, is one of our favorites on the menu. You’ll notice on the menu that Chef Grégoire is a major admirer of cooking with flowers, with violets and other edible floras appearing in 75 percent of all Ossiano dishes, with the foie gras berries combined with hibiscus being arguably the most odd.
3. Nobu
The world-famous actor Robert De Niro’s Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Nobu Dubai, is in Atlantis, in the Palm, with a fantastic weekend brunch and open daily for dinner. This is a great place to dinner with friends, serving all your favorites like the signature black cod miso and wagyu beef tacos. After all, sharing is important. Oh, and why not sign up for a master class in Sushi if you want to try and recreate a restaurant experience at home?

Guest’s Favorite Dish
The world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa restaurant is one of the top destinations in Dubai and the delicious black cod miso surely is the leading menu seller. It’s a winning formula, which has made Nobú a global culinary icon, combining a modern Japanese style with Peruvian influences.
2. Ronda Locatelli
This Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Locatelli’s family-friendly, casual restaurant is the ideal place to sample authentic Italian flavors. Stone-hearth pizzas, fresh pasta, and delectable gelato are all on the menu. With a big vegan menu and many gluten-free options, the inclusive menu caters to all dietary preferences. Furthermore, this restaurant has an outside dining space as well as a children’s playground

Melanzane e Burrata Pizza is our favorite dish.
At Ronda Locatelli, 95 percent of the ingredients are imported from Italy, ensuring that the best-selling grilled aubergine and burrata pizza is both authentic and tasty. This stone-hearth pizza is prepared in the restaurant’s focal point, an amazing wood oven that stands proudly in the middle. There are plenty of alternatives for everyone at this restaurant, which also has Dubai’s largest vegan menu.
1. Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar
Eton mess, cheesecake, sticky toffee pudding, and an apple crumble pie are among the dessert options… We don’t believe you need a more reason to come. But, if you’re still not sold on celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s family-friendly restaurant, let us remind you that there’s a whole host of British classics on the menu, like craft-beer battered fish and chips, indoor and outdoor seating, and a boisterous Friday family brunch.
Lunch, brunch, and dinner are all available.

British cuisine is served.
Beef Wellington is our favorite dish.
Ramsay’s beef wellington is a British institution with its own renown. This is the restaurant’s best-selling dish, served with truffle mash, spicy carrots, and a pickled walnut and marrowbone sauce. You’ll thank us later if you start with the crispy beef short rib and conclude with the medjool date and banana sticky toffee pudding. Oh, and while we’re recommending a complete dinner, don’t forget to wash it all down with a Bread Street Kitchen G&T – delicious!
