I have always been a snacker, preferring to eat little snacks throughout the day rather than big meals. And, I think I have passed this along to all my kids! One of the #1 rules in this family; never leave the house without snacks! I always make sure we have a wide variety of foods with us and at home to keep everyone happy.

Salty

I find that salty snacks are usually what we crave the most when we’re being active, walking around a theme park on a hot day, or have had a long day traveling. Bonus; these snacks are also usually the most filling so I don’t find my kids asking for a second snack shortly after.

  • Nut Butter Packets

Sweet

It is hard to deny a sweet tooth! Having a couple of these options with you will satisfy both you & the kids’ sweets craving and keep you from eating junk.
