Can we talk about the costumes and makeup in this movie? I mean seriously how gorgeous is Oprah as Mrs. Which?
And, Reese makes an adorable Mrs. Whatsit don’t you think. Whoever did all the hair for this movie is crazy talented!!
As you may remember from our Instagram stories and posts or from our previous SLIME post, Ella is a HUGE fan of slime. She is always whipping up new forms of the gooey stuff. Thankfully we’ve created a fail-proof recipe that is also not as sticky as most slimes.
For A Wrinkle In Time Ella decided she wanted to create a green glittery slime. She said it represented all the natural beauty and magic in the movie and I would have to agree. Check out the instructions below to make this Glittery A Wrinkle In Time Slime with your kids.

How to Make A Wrinkle In Time Slime- using only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
- 100 ml clear glue (we like the colored glitter glues the best)
- a few squirts of contact lens solution
- a few pinches of baking soda
Directions:
Step 1- Pour the Johnson’s® No Tears Moisture Wash & clear glue into a bowl and mix until combined.
Step 2- Add a few squirts of contact solution and mix. The slime will start to thicken.
Step 3- Sprinkle some baking soda on top of the slime and mix. The mixture should start to pull away from the sides of the bowl. If it does not add more baking soda. Once the slime mixture starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl pick it up and begin kneading it with your hands. You will do this until it is no longer sticky.
To store your slime place it in a mason jar with a sealed lid.
