You are going to love my easy Berry Energy Smoothie recipe featuring wanu water. It is simple, delicious and is full of goodness for you. Plus, your kids will love it too! As I mentioned previously taking better care of myself was one of my New Years Resolutions, and that includes eating healthy, getting enough exercise, managing my stress, and making sure that I get enough sleep. This delicious berry smoothie is full of goodness plus it gives me the energy I need to stay active (and keep up with my crazy kids).
Delicious Berry Energy Smoothie Recipe for Busy Moms
I love a good smoothie and so do my kids. The problem is so many of the liquid bases are filled with nasty sugars, yes juice I’m giving you the side-eye. And, as much as I love my nut milk it doesn’t blend well with fruit. It sort of takes all the natural and delicious flavor out of it. So, when I found wanu water I felt like I hit the jackpot.
Not only does wanu water add the perfect flavor to my Berry Energy Smoothie, but it also delivers essential nutrients like B1, B3, B5, B6, B12, K, Folic Acid, Biotin, Fiber and antioxidant Vitamin E. Those B vitamins are a mom’s best friend because they help provide natural energy. And, face it what mom do you know that isn’t suffering from exhaustion? This whole raising tiny humans thing is H-A-R-D!
Plus, wanu water also helps you reach your daily fiber needs with 6 grams of non-GMO fiber! That is equivalent to 24% of your recommended daily intake. Why should you care? Well, fiber aids in achieving a healthy weight by keeping you feeling fuller longer! Fiber is also great for kids like Olivia who are picky eaters as it aids in digestion as well.
One of my favorite things about wanu water is that it is not full of added sugar. As I mentioned in a previous post we are trying to reduce the amount of white stuff in our home and our bodies. Which is why I love that wanu water is naturally sweetened with monk fruit. Monk fruit lowers the risk of obesity because it sweetens food and drinks without the harmful effects of traditional sugar substitutions.
So, how can you get your hands on this wonderful drink? It’s easy! I found wanu water at my local Albertson’s. You can find it near the mineral waters and energy drinks. Easy Peasy! It’s also available at other major grocery stores as well. You can locate the product at a store near you or order it online here.
